Universal Leaf Tobacco (ULT) is the only independent, global leaf supplier with significant operations in Europe. Our operations consist of processing facilities and sales offices in Italy, Spain, Hungary, Poland and the Netherlands. In addition to leaf tobacco, ULT offers many specialized services to meet our customers’ broad spectrum of tastes and needs. This includes our facility in the Netherlands where we are the experts in using reconstituted tobacco to produce filler, binder, wrapper, and tipping paper. All aspects of these value-added services are all certified according to ISO 9001 standards.
